• Assisted in digitalising health insurance products, to optimise the customer experience journey achieving a consistent increase in satisfaction scores
• Strategised and implemented sales and marketing plans, successfully expanded customer base by acquiring the firm's first ever and the largest non-French partnership
• Managed corporate accounts with a 90% renewal rate, while oversaw multiple aspects of B2B relationship with insurers, broker and affiliate partners

• Launched and managed Hong Kong's operations, ensuring revenue and operation targets were met, achieved over US$500K GMV in less than 10 months of operation
• Acquired a monthly average of 28 Caterers, along with excellent customer retention and re-ordering rates, making it one of Asia's largest online catering platform within 6 months of launch

• Assisted in the launch of food vertical, including optimising the sales process, preparing launch documentations and collaborating marketing affords between vendors
